1. Introduction

Trilo Software ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Costa Rican Solutions G3 S.R.L., develops and maintains WhatsApp-based conversational applications on behalf of businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information processed through our WhatsApp Business messaging integrations built on the Meta Cloud API.

2. Data We Collect

Through our WhatsApp Business applications, we may collect the following information from end users who interact with our bots:

• WhatsApp phone number — provided automatically by the Meta platform upon user-initiated contact
• Name — as provided by the user during the conversation
• Delivery address — when required to fulfill an order or service request
• Order history and preferences — items requested, quantities, special instructions

We do not collect financial account numbers, passwords, or sensitive payment credentials. SINPE Móvil payment confirmations may be referenced by the user in conversation but are not stored by Trilo Software systems.

3. How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used exclusively to:

• Process and fulfill orders or service requests on behalf of the business operating the bot
• Maintain conversation context and session continuity
• Improve bot performance and response accuracy
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Conversation data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase). Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Users may request deletion of their data at any time (see Section 7).

Our applications operate on the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. Message delivery and infrastructure are subject to Meta's own Privacy Policy, available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
