How to Request Data Deletion

If you have interacted with any WhatsApp application developed by Trilo Software and wish to have your personal data deleted, you may submit a request via email:

Please include in your message:

• Your full name
• The WhatsApp phone number used to interact with the service
• The name of the business/bot you interacted with (e.g., Salteñas Bot)

What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified request, we will permanently delete:

• Your WhatsApp phone number from our records
• Your name and delivery address
• Your order history and conversation logs

Timeline

We will process all deletion requests within 30 days of receipt and confirmation of identity.
